London and Marbella
One clinician, two countries
Patients who divide their time between the UK and Spain can be seen at both clinics, with the same clinician and the same records throughout. In-person treatment is available at either clinic. Care that depends on prescribed medication is available in the UK only.
The problem this solves
Why treatment lapses when patients move between countries
A course started in London is interrupted by two months in Spain. By the time the patient returns the plan has lapsed, and a new consultation is needed just to restart it.
The reverse happens too. And some patients end up trying to run care in two places at once, where neither clinician has the full history.
For anything involving medication, that is a safety issue rather than an inconvenience. A prescriber working from half a record is working blind, and the patient is the one carrying the risk.
How it works at this clinic
One clinician
Kim sees patients in London, in Marbella and by video consultation.
One record
Your history, assessments, plan and response are held as a single continuous record.
One course of treatment
A course started in Marbella and continued in London is the same course. Sessions at either clinic count toward it.
Appointments around your travel
Video consultations cover the periods between in-person visits.
What carries between the two clinics is the clinician and the record. What does not carry is anything a UK pharmacy has to put in a box.

The practical limit
What continues across both, and what does not
Continues without interruption
- Thread vein treatment, with a course spread across both clinics
- Medical skincare, with one plan adapted for two climates
- Consultations, reviews and follow-up, in person or online
- Your record, your clinician and the price you pay
Runs in the UK only
- Medical weight management, prescribing services and the online pharmacy
- Anything dispensed to an address outside the UK
- Unchanged aftercare timing — thread vein and skincare plans are adjusted according to which climate you will be in
Who this suits
The patterns this is built for
Arrangements differ from patient to patient. These are the ones we see most.
- Splitting the year
- On any pattern — six months each, winters in Spain, or something less regular.
- Second-home owners
- On the Costa del Sol, visiting for weeks rather than months at a time.
- Retired and semi-retired patients
- Dividing their time and wanting continuity rather than two separate clinics.
- Patients who have moved to Spain
- But want to keep a UK-trained and UK-registered clinician.
- Patients planning a move
- In either direction, who want the plan to survive it.
- Frequent travellers
- For whom a fixed monthly in-clinic appointment is simply impractical.
The one real constraint
Why medication does not travel
Prescribed medication is dispensed by our UK pharmacy partner, which supplies UK addresses and does not ship to Spain. That is the practical limit on what can carry between the two clinics.
It means medical weight management, prescribing services and the online pharmacy run in the UK. You can be assessed and reviewed by Kim wherever you are, including by video, but the medication itself has to be dispensed to a UK address. A programme cannot be run from Marbella.
Prescribing and dispensing rules also differ between the UK and Spain more generally, and what applies depends on your residency status and the medicine concerned. Kim will explain what that means for you before you begin, not partway through.
Practicalities
Common questions
Can I have the same clinician in both countries?
Yes. All appointments at both clinics are with Kim.
Do I need to register twice, or pay twice?
No. There is one clinic, one record and one relationship. You pay per appointment.
What if my travel schedule is unpredictable?
Appointments are arranged around where you are, and video consultations cover the periods in between.
Can I start a course of treatment in one country and finish it in the other?
Yes, for treatments given in person, such as thread vein treatment. Sessions at either clinic count toward the same course.
How do prescriptions work if I move between the two?
Prescribed medication is dispensed by our UK pharmacy partner, which supplies UK addresses and does not ship to Spain. A programme that depends on medication therefore runs in the UK and cannot be continued while you are in Marbella. Kim will tell you this before you start rather than partway through.
Are my records held in both places?
There is one record, held securely and accessible to Kim at either location. It is handled as special category data under UK GDPR.
What if I move to Spain permanently?
In-person treatment continues at the Marbella clinic with the same clinician. Anything that depends on medication dispensed by our UK pharmacy partner does not, as it supplies UK addresses only, and Kim will help you plan for that before you move.
Is this more expensive than seeing a single local clinic?
No. Prices are the same at both locations and there is no surcharge.
