Service · UK only
Online pharmacy
A secure consultation and clinical review before any medicine is dispensed, with fulfilment through a registered pharmacy. From £25.
Step by step
How it works
- 1
Request a review
Complete a secure online health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medicines, allergies and what you are seeking.
- 2
Clinical review
Kim reviews your information personally. If she needs more detail she will contact you, and in some cases a short video consultation is arranged before any decision is made.
- 3
Decision
Where it is clinically appropriate, a prescription is issued. Where it is not, you will be told why and, where possible, what would be more suitable.
- 4
Dispensing
Your prescription is fulfilled by a registered pharmacy. Medication is charged separately by them, at their own price.
- 5
Follow-up
Where the medicine requires monitoring, review appointments form part of the service.
The review
What the clinical review involves
Kim reads the information you have submitted, applies clinical judgement and contacts you if anything needs clarifying. She is a named, NMC-registered Independent Prescriber and is professionally accountable for the decision.
That is the difference between this and a checkout with a questionnaire attached. There is a person on the other end of it, and that person can say no.

Whether this is right for you
It may suit you if
- You need a private prescription and would prefer to deal with a named clinician
- You are an existing patient needing continuation of something already assessed
- You are abroad and need continuity of care
- You would like a medication review rather than a repeat order
It may not suit you if
- You need same-day dispensing
- You need something outside Kim's scope of practice
- You have a condition being actively managed elsewhere, without information sharing in place
- You need urgent care
Limits
What we do not do
Set out plainly, because the things an online pharmacy refuses to do matter more than the things it offers.
- Dispense without a clinical review
- There is no route through this service that skips the assessment.
- Guarantee a prescription
- The review fee covers the assessment and is payable either way.
- Prescribe controlled drugs
- Our position is to be confirmed.
- Prescribe outside scope
- Anything outside Kim's scope of competence is declined and redirected.
- Prescribe on a questionnaire alone
- Where the medicine or your history requires a conversation, there is one.
- Continue without reviews
- Prescribing does not continue where a patient is not attending required reviews.
- Supply more than is appropriate
- Quantity is a clinical decision, not an order size.
Urgent medical concerns
For anything urgent, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999 in the UK or 112 in Spain.

Common questions
Can I get a private prescription without a GP appointment?
Yes. An Independent Prescriber can assess you and issue a private prescription within their scope of competence without involving your GP. Where a medicine needs to be coordinated with care you are receiving elsewhere, Kim may ask your permission to share information with your GP.
How long does it take?
This is not a same-hour service. Reviews are completed within the working hours stated when you submit your request, and take longer where Kim needs further information or a conversation.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. A prescription is issued only where it is clinically appropriate and safe. The review fee is payable either way.
How much does a private prescription cost?
The clinical review starts at £25. There is a separate prescription charge, and the medication is charged by the dispensing pharmacy at its own price. All three are disclosed before you commit.
Which pharmacy dispenses my prescription?
A registered pharmacy partner, or a pharmacy of your choice where possible.
Can I use this service if I am abroad?
Prescribing and dispensing rules vary by country. Kim will tell you what applies to your situation. Many patients based between the UK and Spain use this service for continuity.
Do you prescribe controlled drugs?
Our position on controlled drugs is to be confirmed.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Health information is handled as special category data under UK GDPR, submitted securely, stored securely, and shared only where necessary to provide your care.
Can I get a repeat without a review?
Not indefinitely. How often a review is needed depends on the medicine.
Next step
