Our pharmacy partner dispenses to UK addresses and does not ship to Spain, so medical weight management, prescribing services and the online pharmacy cannot be provided from Marbella. The Marbella clinic offers the treatments given in person.
What carries between the two clinics is the clinician and the record. What does not carry is anything a UK pharmacy has to put in a box.

Moving between locations
All appointments are with the same clinician, and your records carry across all three locations. There is no surcharge for being seen at either clinic.
A course of in-person treatment, such as thread vein treatment, can be started at one clinic and continued at the other. A consultation held online can be followed by treatment in person, which is a common arrangement for patients who travel.
Medical weight management and prescribing services run in the UK only, because the medication is dispensed by a UK pharmacy that does not ship to Spain. Kim will explain what that means for you before you start — how care works across both clinics.

Common questions
Can I switch between locations?
Your clinician and your records stay the same wherever you are seen. Treatments given in person, such as thread vein treatment, can be spread across both clinics. Programmes that depend on prescribed medication run in the UK only, because the medication is dispensed by a UK pharmacy that does not ship to Spain.
Do prices differ between London and Marbella?
Prices are the same. Marbella prices are shown in euros and pounds, and payment can be made in either currency.
Will I see the same clinician at each location?
Yes. All appointments are with Kim.
Can I have a consultation online and treatment in person?
Yes, and this is a common arrangement for patients who travel.
